| The
FFF instructors program is the benchmark for instructional fly
casting in the United States. It is our express purpose to provide
all those interested with the instructional information they may
need to pursue both levels of certification whether it be as a
CI (Certified Instructor) or MA ( Master Certified Instructor).
We are not trying to reinvent the wheel.
We will be working from an established knowledge base accumulated
over the years by those who have contributed tremendously to our
understanding of how the cast works and how to be more effective
in communicating that to you, as a potential instructor at both
the CI and MA levels, and more importantly, how to communicate
that to your students. |

| Consider
this site to be your home, and as such, a work in progress. The
overall layout of the site will encompass many levels. Keep in
mind this site is geared to those wishing to become certified
casting instructors for FFF. With that in mind, discussions of
all teaching methods and descriptions of casting mechanics from
the currently published to the not so currently published will
be addressed at length. There but through the knowledge an experience
of others comes the more informed casting instructor.
What everyone brings to the site individually
will enhance our collective endeavor to become more informed instructors
so that others may benefit form our collective knowledge base. |
