If you have never tried this before simply accelerate the line with a haul during the forward part of your roll cast stroke. After a while you will develop a "feel" for the timing of the haul and quite possibly be able to shoot a roll cast to 75 ft., even on grass! Use a grass catcher leader for best results on grass.
