CAST 13. False cast 5 or 6 times and present the fly accurately to targets at 20, 30 and 45 feet. The fly must land within 15 inches of a target point, or within a 30 inch ring. Only three attempts at each target will be allowed.

Buy a tape measure and some targets. When casting for accuracy put the fly down with power. SLAP it on the target. This is a lot different than presenting a dry fly to a fish for "gentle" presentation purposes. If you cast the fly and let it gently "flutter down" it may simply blow of target if there is any wind. So slam it down you will not "spook" the target. Tournament casters in accuracy competitions refer to this as putting the fly down with power.
